We cannot afford to hire the attorney. All attorneys we have approached sucks. They did not want to take the case without money upfront. If we find the attorney who is willing to help eagerly, leaving money issue aside, we will. But I do not think we can find the attorney we wish.
Simon started his new life in different area. He lost his passion for skating because he became disillusioned with many people in skating world. Some falsely incriminated or lied. Jeff Simon, Levi Kirkpatrick, Jonathan Garcia were them. Some obstructed the revealing the truth. Mark Greenwalds, Mike Plant, Tamara Frederick, USOC, ISU were them. And importantly many have kept silence or even some of them are on Jae Su's side, even though they realized that Jae Su was horribly wrong and keep lying.
What Simon learned is "Things are not going right and fair in this sports world".
Simon told me that he happened to meet Levi Kirkpatrick, Kyle Carr, and his girlfriend Siobhan, at the bar two months ago. He said Levi sent a glass of beer to him. How Simon should have reacted? The answer is in saying "Simon will live, forever, keeping the knife that Levi stuck on his back". Simon will never come back to the skating world.
So what are you going to do? fight again or else? Does Simon want to file a lawsuit?
